Not much content here yet. Just rants.

I dislike companies which generate their revenue by marketing only, without having good-quality products.

AOL Time Warner is a good example. If you hear their CEO speaking, he always talks about "brands". No surprise, because that's all he's got to manage. This company got large by good (and unconventional) marketing (just like Microsoft), and that's all they can do.

Occasionally, they suck up another company with a good product, but they almost always manage to make it a failure. E.g.

And don't even get me started about the "copyright holders" like the music industry and the film industry. Listen to the first songs of Jennifer Lopez, and listen to her voice. Could she sing? Definitely no. Was it high in the charts? Yes. Anything is wrong here... (They fake the charts or the consumers are brain-washed by marketing.)

Not to mention the copyright protection and the related lobbying for bad laws.
